How Do You Put Lights on an RV Awning?
They are very easy to install if you follow the instructions on the box. They are very simple to operate with a push of a button. But, if you don’t…bad things can happen to your awning lights!
Step 1: If you have lights that are still working, there is no need to remove screws that hold the light fixture in place. The only thing left to do is to detach the main power cord from the battery pack and carefully remove all parts.
Step 2: Connecting new lights.
The new awning lights are very easy to put up (if you’ve done it before).

Step 3: Connecting the battery wires to the new light.
As you can see, they are very simple to put up. The best thing to do is to work your way from top-down connecting all of the wires at the same time.
Once you have figured out how to connect it, all you have to do is plug it into an outlet and place it on the outside of your awning where it’ll light up and look good at night.
The problem is that you have forgotten or maybe never knew how to take care of them. You just left them connected and forgot about them, but one day they go out on their own because you never told anybody else how important it is for your RV owners to check them when they need replacing.
